Guest Ratings & Reviews
I found my stay at the hotel to be a delightful experience overall. The rooms, located in the old part of the hotel, were well-equipped and comfortable, reminiscent of what I've encountered all over Europe. The service provided by the staff was uniformly friendly and efficient, making my stay pleasant and hassle-free. The location, right in the middle of Old Town, couldn't have been better for exploring historical Tallin. However, the dining experience, especially in Restaurant Tschaikovsky, was a bit pricey, and the variety of options was somewhat limited. The facilities, including a lovely pool and sauna, added to the relaxation of my stay.
The hotel is cozy and well-located, making it ideal for exploring Tallinn. The rooms are comfortable and have a quaint style, although they are on the smaller side. The service is attentive, but there were a few mishaps with orders. The dining options provide a taste of local cuisine, and the overall value for money is decent.
The hotel is in a perfect location in the old town of Tallinn, offering a large number of dining and shopping choices. The rooms are small compared to other hotels at a similar price point, with a shower over the bath. The service is very friendly and helpful, although there was some confusion with specific requests. The dining options are delicious but slightly on the expensive side. Overall, a great choice for exploring the city's historic center.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of pros and cons. The rooms, though beautifully decorated and extremely quiet, felt small for an 'executive' category. While the service exceeded expectations with a very professional and friendly staff, the location in the heart of the Old Town was undeniably perfect. Dining options were varied and delicious but occasionally delayed. Overall, the value for money was questionable considering the room's size compared to the price.
